Biedermeier Mahogany Display Cabinet

This Biedermeier mahogany display cabinet (serwantka) is glazed on three sides and features architectural decoration with black columns on the sides. The wood is finished with traditional shellac polish, while the columns boast a piano-gloss finish. The entire piece has undergone full conservation and has been waxed with beeswax. The base includes a drawer with a decoratively profiled front. An additional small drawer is located in the pediment (top). Inside the cabinet, you’ll find glass shelves supported by brass fittings. The doors lock with a brass key.
